Shoulder Labrum Repair
Dallas is a tight end on the UAB football team. He sustained a posterior labral injury in his shoulder, which caused pain and some instability. After seeing Dr. Momaya, the head team surgeon for UAB Athletics and Chief of Sports Medicine at UAB, he decided to proceed with surgical repair. The posterior labrum repair was performed minimally invasive through a camera and Dallas had a terrific recovery. He is back to playing collegiate football.
